What medical plans do you accept?

We are currently in network with Medicare, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana and Tricare. If you participate in a medical plan that we are not in network with, we will be happy to assist you in filing for out-of-network benefits.

What is covered by my insurance?

Insurance coverage varies by plan and by the reason for your visit. In general, vision plans (such as VSP and Eyemed) contribute toward routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. Medical insurance (such as Medicare or commercial health plans) may cover visits related to medical eye conditions such as eye injuries, infections, or chronic eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. Because coverage depends on your specific plan, we recommend checking your individual coverage before appointments. Our team is happy to verify coverage and explain any expected out-of-pocket costs to you ahead of time whenever possible.

Do I need an appointment for an eyewear consultation or to look at frames?

Appointments are highly recommended to ensure we can give you our full attention. During your appointment, our experienced optician will take the time to understand your visual needs, lifestyle, and style preferences, help you select frames and lenses, and ensure proper measurements for the best possible fit and vision. Appointments allow us to provide a personalized and unhurried experience. You can call us at (513) 621-0979 to schedule an eyewear consultation.
