JENNA STOFFEL, OD

Dr. Jenna Stoffel is a compassionate optometrist dedicated to personalized, whole-person eye care. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree With Honors from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2020, then built her expertise practicing full-scope optometry in rural Washington State before relocating to Cincinnati in 2023 with her husband.
After serving patients at a local private clinic, Dr. Stoffel purchased the practice from Drs. Fagedes & Garrity in January 2026. She has a special interest in dry eye management, specialty contact lenses (multifocal, gas permeable, and scleral), and surgical co-management with local ophthalmology and surgery centers. Dr. Stoffel believes in crafting care plans tailored to each patient's unique lifestyle and needs.
Dr. Stoffel is now accepting new patients.
JOHN GARRITY, OD
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. John Garrity attended the University of Notre Dame and obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1990. His areas of interest include specialty contact lenses, and glaucoma.
Dr. Garrity is accepting established patients only at this time.
Dr. Jennifer Fagedes attended Xavier University, and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1989. Dr. Fagedes has provided charitable eye care through Prevent Blindness Ohio for many years.

JENNIFER FAGEDES, OD

Harry Fagedes, OD (retired)
Dr. Harry Fagedes founded the practice in 1963 and is a graduate of Xavier University and The Ohio State University College of Optometry. He is a past President of the Ohio Optometric Association, and worked with contact lens manufacturers on contact lens research and development. Dr. Fagedes retired from full time practice in 2001.
